Privacy

We collect account, profile, course, tutoring, housing, club, event, and message information, plus what you upload for tutor applications (photo, resume, transcript). We use it only to run the features you choose to use — matching you with tutors, running the classroom, showing housing and club listings, and processing payments through Stripe. We never sell your information.

Public profile fields appear where the product says they will. Private conversations, classroom materials, applications, and administrative notes are restricted to authorized participants or administrators.

We keep your information while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for payment, tax, or legal reasons (for example, Stripe transaction records).

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — see the Contact page. Do not upload identity documents or sensitive information unless a form specifically requires them.
